Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Revise order requisitions / stock requisitions submitted by sales team and top management local orders (ERP system + order form) with suppliers according to company policy and logistics manager approval.
  • Handling communication and order processing with suppliers (prices negotiation, payment terms, and delivery time).
  • Place orders, revise and compare orders with Perform invoice / order confirmation received from supplier to make sure it is correct.
  • To handle with sales team the technical review and any inquiry or clarification
  • Applying for Ministry of health import approval for each shipment (seyasat).
  • Preparing the file and send it to MOH outsourced representative.
  • Follow up with the representatives all the steps in case there will be any clarification needed or more requested documents.
  • Delivering transfer application to finance department including copy of (order requisition – order – PI) in order to be aware of order purpose and supplier invoice.
  • Follow up expected shipping date, requested documents, expiry dates before shipping (in case it is consumables) and any special request.
  • Ensure all completed orders are dispatched on time, in case of any delay written notice should be sent to Logistics manager and sales team.
  • Contact forwarder and handle the shipment in case the shipping will be handled by the company.
  • Handle the clearance processing with the customs clearance agent, delivering original shipping documents, form 4, until arrival to warehouse.
  • Request shipment inspection at warehouse from maintenance department.
  • Submit complaint form to supplier in case of any comment.
  • Follow up suppliers payment to be done on time with the finance department.
  • For consumables, request custody release by MOH after arrival to warehouse.
  • Arrange release documents and schedule with MOH outsourced representative.
  • Handling and updating weekly shipments/orders report.
  • Reported to Logistics manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with logistics background
  • Must logistics experience in medical field
  • At least from 8 - 10 years of experience
  • Excellent English language is a must
  • Very good computer knowledge
  • Preferable males
  • Very good communication skills
