Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Following the attendance of employees
- Dealing with the fingerprint machines
- Prepare the weekly reports of attendance of employees
- Make the fingerprint for ell new comers
- Calculate the monthly net salaries for all employees
- Produce the monthly analysis reports for salaries and attendance
- Update the leaves balances for all employees
- Act as customer service for all employees services and their inquiries
Job Requirements
- Experience as payroll executive not less than 3 years
- Highly skilled in MS Excel
- Very communicative
- Very analytic person
