Job Description
A graphic designer works on a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising material, social media platforms, booklets, magazines, posters, brochures, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving the organization a visual brand. He/she will be responsible for developing appropriate creative ideas and concepts for certain objectives. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time and deadlines.
Main Duties:
- Plans concept by studying information and materials provided.
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
- Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
- Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
Job Requirements
- Gender: Male/Female
- Experience: 0-3 years in graphic design using all Adobe tools.
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
- Photography and video recording is an essential asset.
- Good communication and presentation skills
