Job Description
- Perform administrative and secretarial duties with wide latitude.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, receiving the incoming calls & controlling the correspondence.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work, etc.
- Responsible for taking the meetings’ minutes.
- Arrange complex travel logistics including (flight reservation, per diems, hotel accommodation, and other travel needs.
- Handle expenses’ settlement for the Executive.
- Other duties are assigned
Job Requirements
- University Degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and verbal, French is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
