Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Events planning, organization and execution
- Preparation & delivery of marketing plan
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Managing the production of marketing materials
- Handling Corporate Deals with companies
- Creating Loyalty system to our customers
- Create Bundling plans to the place
- Creating target segments
- Responsible for Marketing Channels ( Outdoor – Press – Word of mouth – Events )
- Finding new suppliers
- Evaluating Campaigns
Job Requirements
- BSc. Degree in Marketing.
- Real estate background is preferable
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the same field
- Excellent Communication & negotiation skills
