Job Description

Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:-

  • Events Account Manager responsible for organizing conference, seminars and exhibition as they are parties and corporate incentive trips.

Duties:-

  • Development, production and delivery of events from proposal right up to delivery.
  • Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every event.
  • Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.
  • Managing supplier relationships.
  • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific events are delivered efficiently.
  • Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team.
  • Traveling to onsite inspections and events managing.
  • Responsible for all event budgets from start to finish.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.

Job Requirements

Skills:

Technical Skills:-

  • English language is a must.
  • Microsoft Office (Word – Excel – Power point) is a must.
  • Strong Time management skills.
  • Excellent with budgets.
  • Excellent at hitting deadlines.

Personal skills:-

  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Multi tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualifications:-
  • high educational qualifications the experience at events management is a must.

Experience:

  • + 7 Years at events management is a must include at least 2 Years in supervision level.
