Job Summary:
Main Responsibilities:-
- Events Account Manager responsible for organizing conference, seminars and exhibition as they are parties and corporate incentive trips.
Duties:-
- Development, production and delivery of events from proposal right up to delivery.
- Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every event.
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific events are delivered efficiently.
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team.
- Traveling to onsite inspections and events managing.
- Responsible for all event budgets from start to finish.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.

- English language is a must.
- Microsoft Office (Word – Excel – Power point) is a must.

Experience:
- + 7 Years at events management is a must include at least 2 Years in supervision level.
