Local Orders and Quotations Coordinator

The Local orders/quotations coordinator reports to Logistics Manager

Job Overview :

Follow up and execute delivery documents of local supply orders managed by top management. Follow up delivery with Sales team and coordination team to Handling sales quotations to top management customers’ and mega projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow up local supply orders managed by top management down payments receipt.
• Manage and update supply orders report weekly.
• Follow up ordering delivery time with logistics coordinators.
• In case of any delay written notice should be delivered to Logistics manager.
• Handling sales orders at ERP system in order to deliver goods after arrival to warehouse.
• Arrange trucks booking and delivery rep. to deliver goods to customer with finance team.
• Coordinate delivery time with customer.
• File the receipt of invoice after delivery.
• Handle and prepare sales quotation requests by top management for sales requests for Mega projects (Technical and Financial quotations) on time.
• Follow up any requested documents or inquiry for the submitted sales quotations until it’s finalized and closed.
• Processing, Monitoring and Evaluating Supplier Contracts with top management and sales team.
• Follow up necessary documentation for importation registration in Egypt.
• Manage local purchase orders requisition report with sales team and purchasing department.
