Job Description
- Oversee the contract management and administration functions of the Company and to provide keen contractual advice to its Clients in the Construction field.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should have an extensive expertise that covers a wide-range of domains relevant to the applicable forms of Contract, Claims, counter claims analysis, review, negotiation and settlement
- Knowledge of contractual interpretation, valuation of variations, EOT claims, alternative dispute resolution, formulation of contentious and non-contentious extra-contractual agreements, compilation and settlement of final accounts, Sub-consultancy, Nomination and Novation service agreements
- Must possess initiation, processes, evaluation, supply chain contractual management, network alliances and partnering for Multi-Contract, Multi-Disciplinary Infrastructure, vertical and horizontal Superstructure developments.
