Job Description

  • Welcomes and answers all inquiries from customers in branch and via phone.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Receives payments and gives out receipts for them, registering them in daily log.
  • Manage classrooms in according to schedule
  • Keep records of all conversations in our engagements database in a comprehensible way
  • Handles complaints and act upon according to organisation policy.
  • Work according to rosters which include morning, evening shifts during weekdays, weekends and some national holidays.
  • Reply to messages and comments on social media platforms
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate
  • Mastering English and Arabic Language
  • Mastering MS Office (word/excel)
