Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Processing the projects acquired by the front office include arranging materials or services, tracking delivery of goods, keeping accounts, fixing up appointments, taking feedbacks
  • Drafting, checking, and various documents required by the management. It includes documents related to team members
  • Gather information, check the authenticity, design a format for representation, and prepare the documents.
  • Make sure the documents adhere to the organizational, legal, and contractual policies.
  • Keep track of the economic conditions prevailing in the market & study consumer behavior and conclude what users like and do not like.
  • Look after the finances of the team by receiving bills and receipts from them and add the relevant information to the system every week, month, and year.
  • They ensure the accounts are maintained in accordance to the business laws
  • Handle Processing of customer orders sent by email/fax
  • Verify and complete all team’s administration issues
  • Allocation of non-complete requests to respective departments of the company,
  • Participating in the improvement of processes and tools.
  • Perform general office duties
  • Answer questions and provide prompt and professional communications on the phone, over the fax, via mail, and one-on-one conversations.
  • Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Proven work experience in sales/customer service is an advantage/asset
  • 3 to 5 years preferable IT fields
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
