Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Processing the projects acquired by the front office include arranging materials or services, tracking delivery of goods, keeping accounts, fixing up appointments, taking feedbacks
- Drafting, checking, and various documents required by the management. It includes documents related to team members
- Gather information, check the authenticity, design a format for representation, and prepare the documents.
- Make sure the documents adhere to the organizational, legal, and contractual policies.
- Keep track of the economic conditions prevailing in the market & study consumer behavior and conclude what users like and do not like.
- Look after the finances of the team by receiving bills and receipts from them and add the relevant information to the system every week, month, and year.
- They ensure the accounts are maintained in accordance to the business laws
- Handle Processing of customer orders sent by email/fax
- Verify and complete all team’s administration issues
- Allocation of non-complete requests to respective departments of the company,
- Participating in the improvement of processes and tools.
- Perform general office duties
- Answer questions and provide prompt and professional communications on the phone, over the fax, via mail, and one-on-one conversations.
- Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven work experience in sales/customer service is an advantage/asset
- 3 to 5 years preferable IT fields
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
