Job purpose:

We are seeking to hire a Facilities Manager to assume responsibility for all Hard Services with assuring that all assets are maintained well.

Key responsibilities:

Managing all decisions related to the hard service department giving exquisite technical recommendations at all times.
Help in scheduling the department budget in all aspects.
Help in structuring the technicians roles and JD’s
Leading all new projects inside the mall with close monitoring all details through reports.
Help on planning and scheduling projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and files and prepare reports.
Implement and support on any technical modifications, new extensions and amendments with the full studying to the conditions and requirements.
Maintain all utilities economic consumption with regards to chilled water, electrical and domestic water.
Supervising the facility maintenance and mall engineering service providers, vendors and contractors during shift basis with submitting a daily full reporting.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering supplemented by appropriate apprenticeship training programs.

Minimum Experience:

Extensive Technical experience on retail or hospitality field – Minimum required experience 7-10 years
Knowledge of the standard practices, tools, terminology of the engineering trade, Financial aspects, Budgetary analytics with planning and supervising the work of subordinates in parallel of performing manual work over extended periods of time.

Job-Specific Skills:

Knowledge of soft and computer skills with a good communication and customer focused perspective.
