Job Description
Sales Tasks:
- Handling Sales Inquiries and visiting customers. Especially spare parts inquiries.
- Technical Sales Demonstration to customers over tele-calls and emails.
- Making Sales Quotation and Process Purchased Order from the customer.
- Preparing, following up, negotiating on any sales quotations made for a customer. on price and delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
- Reviews and checks shipments and shipping documents to ensure correctness of both quality and quantity; Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned items; Trace, track and expedite purchase processes.
- Finding new potential customers.
- Submission of Weekly Sales Report.
- Do meetings with suppliers.
Marketing Tasks:
- Manage and update the content of company's website.
- Create and maintain company social media posts. (Facebook, google ads, and LinkedIn)
- Make company presentation and portfolio.
- Interview customers – asking them about their feedback.
Other Tasks:
- Doing outdoor tasks such as: (buy stationary, and grocery), paying bills, printing, etc.).
- Ticket booking, hotel booking, assisting the visitors from Mayekawa branch offices, Airport pick up and drop off to hotel or offices.
Job Requirements
- Both genders (Energetic character is highly required)
- Experience 1-2 years in Sales & Marketing.
- 50% up to travel - for site visits inside Egypt. Main Industrial areas inside Egypt.
- Travel to GCC or Europe Countries for Business purposes (Trainings Exhibition).
- Interest in learning technical stuff is a must.
- Understanding basic concepts of sales & marketing.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Very good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
- Good Understating for writing business emails.
- Expertise with MS office.
- Having a car and driving license is an advantage.
