Job Description
- Handle the handheld devices disruption and collection.
- Daily follow-up on the salesmen’s requests and invoices.
- Communicate with the support team to solve any handheld related problems.
- Provide the second line of support for handheld users (finance, sales, operation’s…etc.)
- Testing and training for MEA sales and distribution (S&D) Sales related modules Sales reports (daily,weekly, monthly).
- Develop and maintain customer level data (pre-sale, modern trade key accounts …etc.) Data validation by comparing sales invoices between MEA and OLAP.
- Download and upload data to the handheld devices.
- Support the CR's with the application.
- Supporting rerouting team in (Add, Delete and Update customers & visits).
Job Requirements
- Good / Very good in English.
- Very Good Communication Skills
- IT Background.
- Males Only
- We need Handheld on the following areas as well:
Delta: Tanta – Kafr El Shaikh – Monofia – Beheira – Mansoura – Domiate – Zagazig
Upper Egypt: Beni Suief – Fayoum - Menia – Assuit – Quena – Luxor
