Job Description
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance for production lines, machines {silos, mills, crushers (impact, jaws, ring crushers), extruders, kiln, dryers, Gas burners},chain and rubber belt conveyors, overhead cranes, Jib cranes, facilities (generators, air Dryers, air compressors), (air filtration) systems with 450 kW fans (50,000 m3/hour.
- Responsible for developing cost reduction innovative methods within budget allocated to avoid outsourcing.
- Ordering and following up spare parts, and inventory stock in all related spare parts and materials and responsible for contacting local and external (offshore) suppliers on schedule.
- Responsible for preparing the workshop drawings of the required spare parts and the new modifications and designs of R&D suggestions.
- Full responsibility for resolving machinery breakdowns - periodic follow-up on all maintenance operations in all shifts to ensure uniformity of work.
- Evaluate and report the maintenance staff and participate in maintenance crew new hiring according to KPIs.
- Production lines and machines installation.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Power Engineering (Preferred From Ain Shams, Cairo or International Universities).
- Experience : 4-7 Years in Maintenance of Production Lines and Machines.
- Autocad 2D.
- Solid works , also it is preferable to have experience in Catia V5.
