About the Job
- Owning the implementation of all growth initiatives across the whole user funnel. (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral)
- Ensuring that the paid acquisition campaigns have the best ROI by working on decreasing the user acquisition cost and generating the best results in terms of CTR, engagement and reaching the right audience.
- Paid acquisition campaigns include Adwords, Facebook, Twitter and any other lead generation platform.
- Working on the product retention by conducting email and push notifications campaigns for different user-cohorts and working with the product manager to make the product more sticky by optimizing user-experience and coming up with new features.
- Working horizontally across teams on managing the growth process and tests for the product.
- Communicating user-insights and actionable recommendations to the team; using analytics and data visualization tools as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Tableau.
- Working on SEO projects with content and product teams to increase organic search traffic and leads.
- Working with all teams to achieve sustainable growth for the product.
