Client:
- A medium size medical device manufacturing company with presents in Korea, China, US, Indonesia an EU. Their products are mostly diagnostic reagents and main ones are In-Vitro Diagnostic devices.
Job Description:
- Provide CS and technical service to customers on their claims by phone, email or traveling.
- (Requires some traveling to visit customers in others countries as necessary.)
- Covering areas: Africa, Middle Eastern countries (mostly Arabic countries)
- Coordination work with Korea HQ in exporting, Sales, R&D as requested.
Job Requirements
- 1~3 years of Customer Service experiences, Technical Support or Sales in In-Vitro diagnostic devices or medical devices or equipment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic required in both written and verbal
- B.S. in Engineering degree required (Electric, Electronics, Chemistry, Biology, Medical Sciences)
- No restriction to travel internationally
