Job Description
Bingo is looking for a CEO Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate and maintain a calendar of CEO including appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a personal assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office proficiency
- Excellent command of English written and spoken
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
