Job Description
- Follow-up of projects Central heating and underground heating by interviewing clients, planning, project evaluation.
- Provide technical support to project management by answering questions from customers and processing the required files.
- Coordination between the factory and the planning, sales and warehouse management by receiving reports and conducting analyzes.
- Design new products and study the projects required for the implementation of tools, materials or machines and follow-up.
- Provides technical and administrative information to the staff working on the project and liaise with the Project Manager, Site Manager and the General Manager to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions.
- Update project tenders/submitting, contracts, time delivery schedules and project financial documentation to ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget as well as maintaining healthy cash flow levels for IEC and for the financing of the project till its successful completion.
- Negotiates contractual terms and deals with suppliers, contractors, Clients … etc. if/when problems arise. Communicates problems/concerns to IEC Senior Management.
