Job Description
- Opens and Maintains customer accounts by recording account information and accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Participate in planning of key Customer retention campaigns and in the implement customer-based initiatives that will impact the perception of Customer in a positive manner.
- Work with customer service, marketing staff and operations to maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers.
- Meeting with other managers and Coordinate with all Departments to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
- Conduct internal and Customer Satisfaction surveys to determine customer satisfaction and strategic direction.
- Customer complaint management, handling customer complaints or any major incidents by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the root cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
