Job Description
- Responsible for the call center of the factory by receiving customers' calls and replying to their inquiries.
- Check customer satisfaction.
- Follow up work orders with the maintenance technicians.
- Issue report to the finance department with any settlement for maintenance technicians.
- Follow up with the warehouse to ensure releasing the required spare parts for maintenance.
