Job Description
- Develop energy efficient design concept & optimize the design to reach to 50% energy saving.
- Read, search, meet technologies vendors to have the knowledge to develop new concepts and convince the client and consultant by his new concept.
- Has exposure on new technologies and techniques of buildings
- Prepare Energy modeling reports, ROI studies, schematic designs and BOD report.
- Ensure management of the design process in accordance with company policy, procedures and the Design Management Plan.
- Select & manage Consultants including scope, fee/ payments, inputs and deliverable.
- Work with subcontractors to get project pricings, prepare full technical and commercial offers and submit it to the client.
- Assign subcontractors and experts to execute the project and make contract with them.
- Ensure that the cost and profit objectives are achieved (or bettered) with timely reporting and forecasting.
- Follow with project manager, coordinate to achieve the time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Set-up, monitor & manage the execution program including integration with the Project construction and procurement main program.
Set-up, monitor & manage the budgets and cost plan. - Handle our payments with the client and the payments with subcontractors.
- Report monthly on project performance criteria including cost, time, quality and design.
- Report immediately any event which will significantly change previous forecasts and/or senior management expectations of the next forecasts.
- Set-up and manage periodic client and meetings, coordination, subcontractors & team meetings and other such meetings and workshops as required to facilitate accurate interaction between team members.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Bachelor degree
- 8 Year Experience
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC, Electrical and energy efficiency buildings engineering & design
- Microsoft Office
- Good Command of English language
