PROJECT PROFILE:

SUMMARY:

We are responsible for two buildings of the project of New Administrative Capital – CBD in Egypt (located 45 kilometers east of Cairo). These two buildings are about 154,000 square meters, 142 meters high, 26 floors above ground and 2 floors underground.
We are looking for some professionals who have ample experience in Quantity Survey.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To review and scrutinize the Bill of Quantity provided by the design consultant.
To compile the items and quantities of the BoQ for certain projects.
To review the quantity of the payment application provided by the subcontractor and to confirm the practical quantity.
To collect the completed quantity of the main work and compile the interim payment application to the employer, if necessary, to get the approval of the interim payment application with the engineers from the QS consultancy.
To participate the final settlement and get approved of the completed quantity.
All the quantity survey work shall be just limited to structure.

With the experience in high rise building or familiar with complicated building structure.
Be willing to work on construction site.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Over 10 years of work experience in QS field.
MS Office, Civil 3D.
Bachelor’s degree.
Positive and honest attitude in work.
Be team oriented and have a positive attitude.
Willingness to work occasional night and weekend projects v/s normal day shifts.
