Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level highly-motivated candidate who enjoys helping people. The candidate will fill the role of Technical Support Representative for our growing software platform, and become responsible for solving support queries through various channels.

Our platform targets a western audience mainly, so the candidate should e proficient in English language.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Understand our software platform thoroughly in detail (full training will be provided).
  • Respond to technical support queries promptly through various channels, within 60 min time-frame.
  • Perform duties as needed.

Job Requirements

  • A university degree (no specific requirement), or equivalent work experience.
  • High availability and always connected online.
  • Excellent English and Arabic writing skills.
  • Good verbal skills (in case of phone queries).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
