Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting: Leading the team members (1on1s, performance evaluation, OKRs)
- Reviewing candidates, tasks and doing technical interviews
- Moderating chapter meetings and learning sessions
- On-boarding new team members joining the team
- Handling production issues escalations (after going through the team members)
- Ensuring the quality of the code through reviews and automated checks
- Providing technical guidance to the rest of the team
- Maintaining the architecture of the code for scalability and maintainability
- Maintaining the technical backlog of the team
- Conduct performance reviews for the team members
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently
- You’re willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
