Job Description
Training will be in the following legal subjects such as:-
- Drafting & Reviewing Contracts.
- Drafting OGMs, EGMs, and BODs .
- Drafting different types of explanatory letters.
- Different types of companies in Egypt.
- Investment Law and Companies Law.
- Legal Translation.
- Preparing Reports to the law firm's clients.
- Dealing with clients and how to fulfill their needs and targets.
Job Requirements
- Recent Graduated (2016, 2017 or 2018).
- Excellent English is a must.
- Registered or willing to be registered - soon - at the Bar Association.
- Female or Male.
