- Handling customers inquires through Hotline channels in Arabic, these inquiries are mainly technical and service inquires also contact the customers to survey their satisfaction

- Knowledge of internet usage (browsing), good knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
- Ability to troubleshoot key issues
- Familiar with how to use popular search engines and navigate different social media platforms
