Job Description
- Provide print ready or web ready files for projects while adhering to all briefs, specifications and style rules
- Provide desktop application support (e.g., file conversions, scanning, OCR, graphics importing, and document breakout/assembly)
- Use DTP software to produce a layout for each page of the publication
- Produce graphics such as diagrams, charts and tables
- Make sure images are positioned near the relevant portion of text
- Make sure that each page, and the document as a whole, is uncluttered and well balanced.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite applications (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Good command of English language
- Reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work
- Able to stick and adhere to deadlines
