Job Description
- Responsible for Inbound and Outbound calls:
- Inbound Calls: you will be responsible for answering phone and report it to the relevant department and Your Manager
- Outbound Calls: Follow Up with the client and reporting the feedback and making surveys.
- Responsible of entering all customers’ data by SC, Updating Customers Info on the system.
- Responsible of writing business letters.
- Responsible for conducting scanning for all the documents as following: Softex Documents - Employees’ papers - Any other Required Documents.
- Scheduling Meetings For the clients, Serves Clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Responsible to Asst. the Operation Dept. (Contracts, Cheque & Cash, Bank required, Delegates, etc….)
- Handling all the clients complains by meeting or phone call.
- Handling all the Reports to the CEO.
- Translate any documents from/to English/ Arabic.
- Responsible to follow up the pending tasks or subjects with all Dept. and the CEO.
- Responsible for assisting your Manager in running, maintaining and troubleshooting overall business performance.
- Supervise the office boys of cleanness floors and the Maintenance follow up.
- Responsible for check the company needs (kitchen items, employee stationary…etc.)
- DRESS CODE: FORMAL & Presentable is must during the working days.

- Lives in New Cairo, Nasr City, Maadi , Rehab city or nearby....
- Bachelor Degree.
- Good command in English.
- Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize.
- Microsoft Office Skills.
