Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. He/she will undertake administrative and organizational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations.
  • Manage agendas, arrangements, and appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Perform tasks on word documents, as assigned.
  • Perform Web administration and social media tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and office management software etc.
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • Moderate English language skills.
  • Living near New Cairo.

Info about the job:

  • From 9 to 5.
  • 2 days off including Friday.
  • Social Insurance after 6 months.
