Job Description
General responsibilities of position:
- Supporting the company in growing and developing the Egypt market
- Making sure that company policies decided by different departments are applied to Egypt branch
- Ensuring the efficient flow of work in the company
- Representing the company in front of government/managers of agencies/managers of hotels/banks, etc.
- Coordinating & deciding with accounts regarding credit control on agencies & GSA
- Building network/relationships with tourism market (attending events, etc.)
- Making sure salaries are paid on time
- Constantly getting feedback on Egypt team needs and reporting to HR department
- Taking care of and updating the office supplies & equipment
- Reporting to general management about Egypt market news and office news, giving recommendations about and feedback about employees
- Following up on collecting the dues to Tripathon in the market
Job Requirements
- Master's degree
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in tourism field
- No previous managerial experience required
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
- Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- Able to thrive in deadline-driven environment
