Job Description
- Once and for all clarification of the legal tenure of land and properties as well as consensus on the way forward, leveraging the findings of the local legal services.
- Preparation of the Strategic Compound Development Plan
- Development of the Annual plan on the basis of compound development priorities.
- Development of compound management standards
- Constant analysis of the investment components of the compound’s Development Plan to ensure that the residential compounds are self-sustaining and risks minimized.
- Ensure effective compound management system and criteria established and enforced with the aim of strengthening internal controls, efficiency, and transparency.
- Strategic oversight of planning, budgeting, monitoring of the compound management.
- Other duties as assigned
