Job Description

  • Handle trainers booking, and trainer requests according to SLA
  • Handle material printing with print house, and various suppliers
  • Interacting with clients to ensure smooth course logistics
  • Working with Account management team to make sure information, and logistics are accurate
  • Reporting quality, and SLA monthly
  • Leading initiatives to improve quality, and cost
  • Reporting and working with finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payments for our partners (clients/suppliers)
  • Implementing our courses with 100% accuracy, and high quality according to the course implementation Service Level Agreement.
  • This includes dealing with different stake holders to achieve this objective.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations and logistics in a training company or equivalent.
  • Passionate about details, and committed to quality above all.
  • Age Range 25-30 .
  • Males & Females can apply .
  • Very Good English .
  • Area of Residency : Preferably Near new cairo
