Senior Web Developer

Job Description

• We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to build and maintain functional web pages and applications.
• Senior Web Developer responsibilities include leading a team of junior developers, refining website specifications and resolving technical issues. To be successful in this role,
• you should have extensive experience building web pages from scratch and in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: Javascript, Ruby or PHP.

Responsibilities

• Define project objects and develop a plan for design and building schedules.
• Determine appropriate methods and tools for each project.
• Identify system issues and suggest effective solutions for your team.
• Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications
• Prioritize software development projects, set timelines and assign tasks to team members
• Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
• Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Supports and develops web application developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
