Job Description

Filing

  • Handling and ensuring filing systems are maintained and up to date.

Internal Supervision

  • Following up and supervising the office girl.
  • Following up all administrative tasks “office needs”.

Office Tasks

  • Responsible for assisting the top management in the daily operations.
  • Drafting letters and other documents.
  • Photocopying and printing documents.
  • Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, ppt.

Coordination

  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Arranging appointments.
  • Taking messages.
  • Receiving clients.
  • Organizing meetings. (producing agendas and taking minutes).

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the admin field.
  • Good English.
  • Female.
