Job Description

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Follow up with customers
  • Develop and maintain a filing system

Job Requirements

Style Furniture Company, located in Al Obour city, is hiring a Secretary with the following requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the same position is a must
  • Good English is a must
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Furniture related background is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
