Job Description
- Lead generation Team Leader are skilled at buying and/or selling to clients.
- This Leader will work closely with team member to utilize leads in various aspects of marketing, such as telephone sales, direct marketing, and work with them to qualify leads.
- Writing calls scripts and customer answer sheets.
- Implementing sales strategies.
- Managing the Lead Generation team and assisting junior staff.
- Managing Outdoor team
- Setting weekly and monthly targets.
- Compiling and presenting reports.
- They should have proven success in leading and driving teams to specific goals through monitoring, coaching, and ongoing developmental training, and must also be articulate and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Telesales/Telemarketing Leader.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer/Web software.
- Minimum 5 or more years of Experience including Leading teams
