Job Description
- Design and layout of electronic and print materials (flyers, posters, banners, collaterals, logos, invitations, newsletters)
- Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards
- A person should be a self-starter and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines (must be able to adjust schedule and workload to meet business needs).
- Professional mannerisms with the ability to listen and probe determine root causes and resolve issues quickly when necessary.
- Collaborate with designers to prioritize customer needs.
- Supervise intermediate and junior designer(s) in creating concepts, layouts, and final art.
- Open to learning new tools and techniques based on the requirements
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as a designer in a marketing team or agency.
- Specialized knowledge of methods and techniques of graphic design.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint Ability to present concepts and designs to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner and manage project feedback and flow.
- Experience with branding campaigns and presentations.
- Creating & reporting various daily, weekly, & monthly analysis.
- Manage time, meeting deadlines with zero error.
- Strong sense and use of typography.
- Capacity to translate complex ideas and requests into clear, customer-friendly experiences
- A discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing.
- Collaborative, flexible team member with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) - Higher-level executive and client interaction skills
