Job Description
- Prepare design brief.
- Manage preparation of concept design.
- Provide Engineering /Architectural Solutions to achieve project development goals & objectives.
- Manage the project permits with concerned authorities.
- Manage and provide technical value to the appointed Engineering Consultants for project design phase.
- Coordinate with commercial team regarding the marketing material and commercial requirements.
- Capable of managing team of Engineers from all disciplines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Experience with Real estate developer in the same position at least 5 years is a must.
- Experience in Architectural Design, design coordination and management of design phases from concept till completion of tendering documents.
- Experience needed: 10+ years.
- Very good communication and leadership skills.
- Very good Portfolio.
