Job description:
- Managers are responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
- Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Allocating and managing space between buildings
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
- Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing
- Drafting reports and making written recommendations
- Maintains through SVC and communication
Dress Code:
- According to task but must be smart casual on normal days
Working Hours:
- 9:00 to 5:00
Working days:
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday , Thursday ( sometimes the weekend and there will be financial compensation )
Reports:
- Daily maintains report
- Maintains budget of items to be submitted to accounting
- Getting 3 offer from vendors for each item
- Overall all weekly maintains report
- Distribution of housekeeping and security, circulation process
- SLA for maintains, housekeeping, and security
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have management skills of blue collars of all types, problem solving and troubleshooting, technical know how
Certificate:
- Engineering degree
