Job Description
- Manages anything related to orders uploaded on our online platform starting from order placement to order fulfilment.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Engage with merchants to understand their needs and fit with our services.
- Process incoming orders.
- Check orders for accuracy to ensure all information provided is correct
- Monitor packages & shipments to insure arrivals and deadlines are met
- Deal directly with our couriers in the field.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Job Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with google drive
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
