Job Description
- Maintain & develop relationship with banks including negotiations and contracts review.
- Follow up the position of LCs IBCs DCs.
- Handle Facility’s documentation, procedures, contracts requirements & conditions.
- Control debt interest, debt repayments and monthly closing and reporting.
- Prepare Bank reconciliations, control bank charges.
- Control the daily bank transactions.
- To support senior management with the needed reports.
- Secure availability of funds.
- Hedging Foreign Exchange Risk throughout forwards and SWAPS.
- Help the cahier in daily cash management.
- Controlling all exports and imports documents with banks.
- Manage relationships with financial service providers.
- Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
- Set the plan for the bank messenger and follow-up the receipts collected.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Good communication skills.
- Adequate knowledge of Microsoft skills.
- Referred candidates must have good command in English written and spoken.
- FMCG background is highly preferable.
