Job Description
- Contact our regular suppliers for new programs & rates for Set departure groups & charters as per yearly calendar.
- Choose programs, dates along with negotiating rates and terms & conditions.
- Request flights & follow up on negotiations & contract.
- Market & Suppliers Comparison.
- Prepare excel sheets of all components to calculate selling rates.
- Booking system data entry (allotment, payment & cancellation)
- Website data entry.
- Discuss suitable sales & marketing plan, depending on the nature of the product.
- Maintain & review existing supplier’s contracts, as well as continues update for our portfolio of suppliers with new ones.
- Product Training Awareness for branches.
- Provide the marketing team with a variety of products & set target customers & best reach.
- Perform any other tasks as reasonably requested by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Excellent Command of English Language
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent understanding & dealing with numbers.
- Analytical thinking & very much into details.
