Job Description

  • Customer Relations Coordinator will be in charge of coordinating customer service representatives (sales representatives).
  • Oftentimes, he/she is required to go that extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied and remain loyal.
  • Typical duties of a Customer Relations Coordinator are identifying training needs, engaging customers, developing customer service policies and procedures, solving escalated customer issues, motivating employees, analyzing reports and statistics, and finding ways to increase the level of customer service their organization is providing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of foreign trade or any related field.
  • Previous industrial, and international foreign trade backgrounds.
  • After sales & marketing knowledge.
  • Experience from 3 to 5 years.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English is a must “ fluent” another language is preferable.
  • Presentable.
