Job Description

Primary Tasks:

  • Implement marketing plans to meet company objectives of sales in the market.
  • Provide timely feedback to middle management regarding his/ her performance.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Maintain the required number of sales activities that lead to sales; (i-e) called calls, meetings, etc…
  • Meet or exceed all activity standards for calls, meetings, presentations, proposals and closes.
  • He/ She may be responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Agents.; if any.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
  • Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
  • Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
  • Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.
  • Develop professional relationships or networks.
  • Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms.
  • Schedule appointments with prospective customers.
  • Develop proposals for current or prospective customers.
  • Identify investment opportunities or strategies.
  • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
  • Ensure that all business activities are conducted in line with company’s values, policies and ethics codes of conduct.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout: on current business activities, short-long term plans, proposals under scrutiny and any other activity related to the business.
  • Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by management.

Job Requirements

  • Very Good Command of English.
  • University degree in a relevant study.
  • Car Owner.
