Job Description

  • Sells properties to achieve the set assigned sales target by establishing contact and developing relationships.
  • Obtains property information to determine whether clients have a clear understanding of the specifications
  • Explain technical or service information to customers
  • Schedule appointments with prospective customers
  • Helps clients take their decision in a fair and flexible manner
  • Negotiating contracts and payment packages
  • Delivering promotional presentations to current or prospective customers
  • Recommending new opportunities to current and prospective clients
  • Following up on clients and providing feedback in a timely manner

  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 Years of Experience in a similar role, within the real estate industry
  • Commercial Awareness with emphasis on the Real-Estate customer focus
  • Very Good Proficiency in the use of MS Office Applications and Internet Search Engines
  • Exceptional Communication Skills with a customer-oriented attitude and approach
  • Awareness of customer and consumer categories in the use of sales methods
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Time Management Capabilities
  • Flexible and easy adapting personality
