Job Description

The senior sales executive position requires an individual who is passionate about providing fitness solutions to individuals and corporates. Persistence is key & eagerness to learn is a must.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting annual and monthly sales targets
  • Responsible for target achievement as well as work distribution amongst the sales team members.
  • Creating & targeting lead generating programs and activations.
  • Planning and executing solutions for the sales team to deliver to customers/leads
  • Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers
  • Improve and enhance existing processes
  • Mentoring, Enhancing and teaching team members (new and old).
  • Analyzing opportunities by researching the fitness industry in Egypt.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing overseeing the client lifecycle throughout the F3 departments CX, Fitness, Operations.
  • Overseeing prospect pipeline throughout the different pre-membership touch points
  • Generating related/relevant reports
  • Proposing new products to fit new target audiences and/or trends
  • Maintaining technical/conceptual knowledge of the industry and/or scope by attending educational workshops & courses, reviewing professional publications, participating in relevant societies, etc.
  • Overseeing creative designs and communications of F3 products and services.
  • Proposing and maintaining F3 presence in lead-generating events, exhibitions, and activations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • English is a MUST
  • Energetic, positive, optimistic and comfortable with constructive criticism.
  • Smart learner and eager to self-improve
  • Eager to get things done.
  • Not shy to take ownership of situations
  • Experience in outbound sales is a plus
  • Experience in corporate account management & acquisition is a plus.
