Responsibilities:
- Processing monthly Payroll in a timely manner
- Ability to help develop, implement, support, and review all Human Resource Department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems
- Continued involvement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process
- Participate in performance evaluation processes
- Handling disciplinary and grievance issues
- Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records
- Compliance with all policies and legal requirements
- Perceptive nature, careful monitoring of working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Job Requirements
- BS/BA in business administration or relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience
- At least 1 year experience in performance management.
- Adaptive to start up culture
- Willingness to learn new things
- Successful work experience as a recruiter preferably blue collars positions that are related to engineering field.
- Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures.
- Commitment to staying current on understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
