Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Processing monthly Payroll in a timely manner
  • Ability to help develop, implement, support, and review all Human Resource Department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems
  • Continued involvement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process
  • Participate in performance evaluation processes
  • Handling disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records
  • Compliance with all policies and legal requirements
  • Perceptive nature, careful monitoring of working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA in business administration or relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • At least 1 year experience in performance management.
  • Adaptive to start up culture
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Successful work experience as a recruiter preferably blue collars positions that are related to engineering field.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures.
  • Commitment to staying current on understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
