Job Description
- Reporting and documenting customer database
- Handling customers' complaints
- Follow up the daily orders sheet of the customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Maintain internal communication by reporting problems and following up resolutions for those problems
- Receive customer, handle and solve complaints.
- Follow up on customer interaction.
- Arrange all database records and documents in order that facilitates team operations
- Communicate with the warehouse and the external agencies
Job Requirements
- Maximum age 32.
- Graduates Only.
- Previous experience in customer service at least 1 year
- Very good knowledge of excel sheets is a must
- Excellent Communication and Soft Skills
- Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
- Languages/Level: Arabic/ English (Very Good)
- Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
